OOO PF“Povorotniy Krug” has been producing ball-bearing slewing circles for automobile and tractor trailers since 1999. At present day our enterprise realizes a full producing cycle of two sized slewing circles, A5-2704010 for 04 category trailers to KamAZ trucks and similar trucks with the full loaded mass up to 20 tons; and Slewing circle B9-2704010 for 03 category trailers for tractors and medium-duty trucks with the full loaded mass up to 9 tons. Our slewing circles are used on the conveyers of most trailers production enterprises of the CIS. A great number of slewing circles A5-2704010 and B9-2704010 are sold through the net of regional dealers and by KamAZ autocentres in Russia and other countries. In the slewing circle market segment “Povorotnii Krug” occupies the leading position on the territory of Russia and former USSR.

Slewing circles A5-2704010, B9-2704010 and B12-2704010 are produced in accordance with OST 37.001.097-78 industrial standard and TU 4580-001-90015494-2011, registered in FGU “Tatarstan Standardization, Metrology and Certification Centre”. The system of enterprise’s quality management concerning development and production of ball-bearing slewing circles for automobile and tractor trailers conforms to requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2001). View certificate. The production goes through multisample quality inspection at all stages, it is periodically tested with a load, twice more than the nominal one. Modern equipment, competent personnel and constant work on the improvement of product quality let us give a one year warranty with no limitation of trailer’s run. Slewing circles SAGT 8350 and SAGT 887 are tested in Testing Centre of Automobile Vehicles, Replacement Parts and Accessories, Research Centre of Auto and Motor Equipment Testing and Development (Dmitrovsky Auto Testing Ground) and have got certificates of conformity.
